    This is the official website of the House of Kamakahellei, LLC (hereafter the House of KamakaheleiTM). By accessing this website (houseofkamakahelei.org), you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you as the user are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this website. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law where applicable.

  2. User License

    Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of materials/information from the House of Kamakahelei website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing via your web browser. This is the grant of license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

    1. modify or copy the materials (with the exception of sharing on social media, where media sharing links are displayed in the article);
    2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or any public display (commercial or non-commercial) without written concent;
    3. attempt to decompile, hack or reverse engineer any software contained on the House of Kamakahelei website;
    4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

    We make every attempt to provide information that is accurate and documented via books and paperwork from the Hawaii state archives as well as the Bishop Museum and Queen Emma's summer palace. The Genealogy provided is documented in books (i.e., Hawaiian Genealogies, Volume 1 & 2 by Edith McKenzie) and newspaper articles of the Hawaiian Gazette. All photographs shown are used by permission from the Hawaii State Archives, Bishop Museum, Iolani Palace and the Hawaiian Gazette, or have been licensed from the artist/photographer, or are in the public domain.

    The only user submitted information at this point in time is a result of our contact form. We ask for the user's email and name. We request that it be accurate so that we may contact you in return. We will not share this information, without your permission.

Legal Notice:

The House of Kamakahelei, including family members and appointed officers of this Royal House, as recognized by H.R.H. Prince Darrick, Ali'i and senior member of the Royal House of Hawai'i, are not collectively nor individually responsible for the actions, reactions, illegal or immoral acts or otherwise committed by an appointed individual who exceeds the legal and/or moral boundaries and obligations of their role and position. The expectation of all positions within the Royal House of Kamakahelei is to act within the international laws of morality, decency and legality.

Evidence of any act that could prove detrimental to the House of Kamakahelei will result in immediate expulsion of that individual or group of individuals from the Royal House of Kamakahelei. The Crown Council will not hesitate to refer these matters to our Attorneys at Law and/or work with the relevant local and international legal authorities should this be deemed necessary.

The Royal House of Kamakahelei places on notice any individual, group or organisation that commits slander and/or defamation against the Royal House of Kamakahelei or its appointed officers, that this Royal House will institute legal proceedings against the individual, group or organisation committing slander and /or defamation to the full extent of the law.
