Santo Caliz (Holy Chalice)

On November 23, 2019, H.R.H. Prince Darrick of the Royal House of Kamakahelei was welcomed by the Canonigo/Canon of the Brotherhood of the Holy Chalice, Reverend D. Miguel Bou Pinon who is also the President and Secretary of the Brotherhood. He gave a private and exclusive tour of the Chapel to Prince Darrick explaining in depth, the historical background and symbolism of the Holy Chalice which is guarded in the Gothic Cathedral behind glass in the "Golden Chapel of the Holy Grail" and that according to tradition, the Chalice was used by our Lord Jesus Christ at the Last Supper.

Prince Darrick was then invited to sign the Book of Honor and was presented with the Cross of the Brotherhood which he accepted with great enthusiasm. With permission from the Canonigo/Canon, Prince Darrick invested D. Miguel Bou Pinon as Knight Commander of the Order of the Star of Oceania.
